Description of Job:
Custom Designed 2 Story Dock with Lights and sling boat lift. Approximately 27 Pilings and 450 square feet of decking installed. Turnkey build including drawings, engineer stamp, and permitting.
Pricing
Piling & Dock Construction: $22,400 – $36,700
Boat Lift Install (Lift Included): $5500-9700
Lights & Electrical: $1800-$6700

Step 1:
Site Survey & Price
We'll come take a look at your project and give you a price, with options right on site.
Step 2:
Agreement Signed
5% Deposit
Once the contract is signed, we accept a 5% deposit. This locks in your spot on the calendar, and starts the plans & Permitting process.
Step 3:
Materials Order
45% Draw
This covers any engineering stamps, permit fees, & materials required.
Step 4:
Mid Project
25% Draw
This will be paid once about half of the work is completed. Leaving a balance to be paid upon completion.
Step 5:
Project Completed
Balance Due
